Join former professional triathlete and ASICS fitness ambassador Adam Gordon for five days of training on Australia’s spectacular Gold Coast. Whether you’re an experienced competitor keen to improve, or new to triathlon and want to start right, don’t miss this awesome opportunity to train with a pro in paradise.

COACH: Adam ‘Adsy’ Gordon

A former professional triathlete with many years in the fitness industry, Adam ‘Adsy’ Gordon understands what our anatomy is capable of when the body and mind come together. Now an elite endurance and fitness coach, Adsy calls Australia’s Gold Coast home. When not training and competing himself, Adsy provides mentoring and coaching to athletes and squads across the world. As a health and fitness professional, and a husband and father, Adsy is on a mission to share his knowledge and passion and make real changes in people’s health and fitness, so they can reach and achieve their personal goals. #ugottawantit


Day 1 – Friday 25 October 2019

5pm – Meet Adsy – Welcome and Easy Run

Day 2 – Saturday 26 October 2019

6am – Run along The Spit – 5km / 10km / 15km options

10am – Open Water Swim with Volare

2pm – Q&A with Olympic Swimmer Emma Robinson

4pm – Strength Training Session (150km Group Challenge)

Day 3 – Sunday 27 October 2019

5am – Group Ride

9:30am – Swim in the Southport Broadwater 

12:30pm – Dietician Seminar (BYO Lunch)

3pm – Fartlek Run session through the Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area

Day 4 – Monday 28 October 2019

6am – Ride / Run session at the Nerang Velodrome

11am – Seminar with Olympic Sports Physiotherapist Britt Caling (BYO Lunch)

1pm – Recovery Massage

6pm – Special Activity (please bring some old clothing and tinned food)

Day 5 – Tuesday 29 October 2019

5:30am – Bike Ride at the Runaway Bay Cycle Track

9am – Swim session with Commonwealth Games Swimmer and Coach Tracey Narin and Olympic Swimmer Emma Robinson at the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre

1pm – Recovery session with Body Science and Q&A with V8 Supercar Driver Tim Slade  (bring a towel for pool and recovery boots)

5pm – Run Technique and Strength session then Aqua Running at the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre

Day 6 – Wednesday 30 October 2019

5:30am – Main Beach Run with Adsy’s Athletes Running Group

8am – Wind Trainer

12pm – Surf Skills and Games (optional Aqua Park) followed by a BBQ lunch and awards
