A former professional triathlete with many years in the fitness industry, Adam ‘Adsy’ Gordon understands what our anatomy is capable of when the body and mind come together. Now an elite endurance and fitness coach, Adsy calls Australia’s Gold Coast home. When not training and competing himself, Adsy provides mentoring and coaching to athletes and squads across the world.
